Dominque Crenn has wowed diners since first opening Atelier Crenn in 2011. The magical and modern French cuisine earned the chef three Michelin stars in 2018, making her the first female chef in the U.S. to receive this honor. The 14-course pescetarian tasting menu is an all-night affair and an opportunity to experience what Crenn describes as “poetic culinaria.”
